Getting rid of type G body fat can be hard, but not impossible.  Women fall into this body type more than men do, simply because of the feminine hormones, which naturally give us narrow shoulders and broader hips. The “G” stands for "Gonadal" type individuals, governed by the Gonadal glands and the pear-shaped bodies, collect fat in the hips, thighs and buttocks. Gonadal glands are connected to our metabolic rate, they also control how our bodies burn calories and store fat.

Meal Schedules

Healthy eating is about balance, it's not about going without, but with some planning you can still enjoy your favorite foods. Contributors of stored fats for the G body type are food flavors that are rich, creamy and spicy.  You need to shift your diet to reduce the intake of these foods. Eat more foods like vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy and protein, like eggs, chicken or fish. Use herbs like rosemary, thyme, parsley and basil, they will not stimulate the Gonadal glands.

Drinks

Drinking fluids is part of our normal activity, water, coffee or red clover tea drinks with honey instead of sugar works best for Gonadal gland body types. Keeping your body hydrated helps your body operate properly, use water as a natural cleanser and red clover tea to stay calm and reduce those cravings between meals.

Workouts

Cardiovascular exercises designed to help rid type G bodies of fat need to be done at least three to four times a week for 45 to 60 minutes. Typically, a one-hour workout will burn approximately 200 to 300 calories, energizing your body, and will continue to burn calories long after you have finished the workout.  Best workouts for getting rid of type G fat are cycling, walking and swimming.
