Although summer is full of fun it does create many health risks. The body is affected by the heat of the sun. You cannot carry your air conditioner everywhere. Sunscreen may not be enough for your skin. You have to follow certain cool ways to face the hot sun.

Staying hydrated is a must in summer. The color of your urine may show dark yellow. You may feel very thirsty. Sweating may be profuse during these days. Fatigue and lightheadedness may keep you exhausted.
