Energy drinks and their health risks. This article is not about heart disease however. It is about the excessive use of energy drinks and coffee. Coffee is a natural laxative for those of you who do not know. Some people continuously drink coffee to make it through a work week while others use energy drinks or caffeine pills. Athletes also use energy drinks for performance while training or competing in events.
Some people continuously drink coffee to make it through a work week while others use energy drinks or caffeine pills. Athletes also use energy drinks for performance while training or competing in events. In either case great care should be taken. Caffeine is a stimulant and energy drinks are full of more than just caffeine. Coffee is a natural caffeine supplement that acts as a stimulant in more than one way but the average everyday person doesn’t just drink coffee. They drink high octane coffees such as espressos which keep coming with more shots available which means even more caffeine.
Coffee is a natural laxative for those of you who do not know. This means that if you spend your day drinking too much coffee you may be running to the rest room eventually for more reasons than just tinkling. Highly caffeinated coffees stimulate your heart and may even cause dehydration over time. The combination of these two issues can eventually lead to high blood pressure and heart issues. The leading cause of death in the America is now heart disease. Heart disease is not just caused by smoking, excessive use of alcohol, or bad genetics. It is caused by stress on the heart as well. Stress factors such as over stimulating your heart with supplements’, working long hours without proper rest and even common stress play a large role in developing heart disease.
This article is not about heart disease however. It is about the excessive use of energy drinks and coffee. Now there are other underlining issues that can develop from just the amount of sugars that are in your choice of fancy coffee drinks and energy drinks. Too much sugar can lead to diabetes, hypoglycemia, and even weight gain. For those of you that drink the 5 hour energy drinks with no or little sugar take a look at those labels again. Those are concentrated amounts of stimulants that can still cause health issues if used too frequently.
The rule of moderation applies. If you are healthy enough to use energy drinks or drink high volumes of coffee you can develop issues due to overdosing on the stimulants. It is just like taking too much medicine. You can overdose on virtually anything considered a supplement which in essence is still a drug given its properties and side effects. Too much of anything can cause problems. Too many prunes may cause you to run for the restroom. If you have health questions about things such as these, I recommend you speak with a health care professional and learn the hard truths about too much stimulants in your body.
The good news is that there are energy drinks that are safe with low amounts of stimulants and they don’t get your heart racing. They have little to no sugar and may be drunk more than once or twice a day. These energy drinks that are safe can still be abused. It is recommended as with any energy drink not to exceed the daily amount recommended by the manufacturer. I have never had to drink anything more "energy" than a regular
cup of Tea... I feel people are becomeing addicted to these
overpriced drinks at a huge risk to their own health and well
being.
As we all know there are mental and physical addictions.
Sometimes the consumer sees something expensive like an overpriced
coffee or energy drink and just has to try it. Others are addicted
to the stimulants though many would argue that they are not
addictive. As individuals who is to say that is not a possibilty as
some of us have deficiencies that others do not have such as
calcium or other minerals our bodies dont process naturally like
others do. That is for a medical professional to decide and not me,
but I stand by my opinion.
Life in moderation could be taken for granted at times that we
fall to the temptation of instant solutions to our everyday
problems. There's instant coffee and instant energy out of drinks,
how could we not avoid instant death? Aren't we living faster
enough in life's fast lane?
I was really skeptical about it at first until I decided to try
Rain Life Blend Juice. I’ve tried so many products before and
I’ve really lost hope, until Purity 12. I decided to try
their product and I loved the results and used I’ve been
using it for almost a year! Here's how

I recommend Multi-Vitamins for energy; but you have to make sure
they are good ones.
I've been taking the Dr Max Powers Multivitamins for about a
year or so and, it takes about a week before you notice anything,
but you WILL notice an increase in energy. And unlike what another
reviewer said, they are not big at all.
The ingredients look pretty straightforward, I don't know what
causes the energy boost unless it's the high volume and unusual
type of B supplements (cyanocobalamin?) and/or the "good" kind of
vitamin E that most brands don't have. I was taking a Puritan brand
men's vitamin prior to this, and although I'm sure it helped me
stay balanced nutrient-wise, it did nothing for energy, which was
my primary reason for taking vitamins.
it INSTANTLY brought my energy level back up to normal with no
reflux problems. I was amazed! I headed off to work without need of
caffeine or sugar as an artificial jump start. I'm sold on these,
they work for me.

To qualify as a working coupon, the link or code must provide a discount above and beyond what's freely available by default on the vendor's site.
To check this, first click the link and check that the coupon can be applied and does provide the discount described. Then, in a different browser, open the vendor's site (without using the Knoji link) and check whether that same discount is available to any user by default. If it's not, and the coupon works, then you've found a qualified coupon and can verify it and get your earnings. If not, you can verify that it does not work (explain why this is) and you'll earn a smaller credit.
Don't waste your time verifying invalid coupons! Before you receive payment, all your verifications will be reviewed, and if they are invalid, you earnings will be deleted. Verify only valid coupons in order to receive payment for this project.
